| Pre-heat oven to 130°C Fan / 150°C / Gas mark 2. Remove sleeve. |
| Pierce film lid. Place on baking tray. |
| Cook in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. |
| Remove from the oven and leave to stand for 1 minute. |
| Remove film lid, stir and serve. |
