Cooking Instructions

Microwave 800W
Do not pierce film lid.
Heat on FULL POWER for: 11 minutes 30 seconds
Leave to stand in the microwave for: 1 minute
Remove film lid and serve.
Oven
Pre-heat oven to 180°C Fan, 200°C, Gas mark 6.
Place on baking tray.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 50 minutes (fan ovens may vary).
Remove film lid and serve.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen at -18ºC or cooler. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
